MICRO NEEDLING (skin needling).

For optimal results, a course of treatments is required, ranging from 4 – 8 depending on the area being targeted. Treatments are recommended to be performed at 6 – 8 week intervals. Upon consultation your therapist will discuss the appropriate number of treatments and the suitable frequency to deliver the best results.


Micro Needling utilises the high quality and safe device to ensure a speedy recovery with minimal downtime.

Immediately following in-clinic treatments, the skin may appear temporarily reddened, similar to that of a mild to light sunburn. Whilst some clients have reported that the skin remains red and slightly swollen for 2-4 days, there will be no scabbing or lesions present.

Who are these sessions for?

These sessions are for anyone who has gone through or is going through any kind of stress or anxiety and wants to take the first step towards dealing with it. Our sessions are aimed at relieving stress both from the body and the mind. By talking, by sharing we lighten the burden we carry within us of all the emotions we may or may not have acknowledged and expressed. By doing yoga, practicing asanas, breathing, meditation and being mindful we learn to create a calm state of mind that helps us deal with our negative thought patterns.

Is there any fee for joining these sessions?

Our afternoon sharing session are free for anyone to join in. Our monring and evening sessions are paid but have a free trial that you can sign up for to experience them before you purchase a subscription.

How do I join the session?

All you need to do is fill up a small form found here which gives us a better understanding of what you are going through. This information will enable us to better curate and moderate the sessions. Once you have filled up the form, go to out Events Page and register for the day of your choice (for our sharing sessions). You will recieve a zoom link for the session via mail and whatsapp on the day of the meeting. You can join the session 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you would like to join our morning and / or evening sessions, please sign up here and we will let you know as soon as we launch these sessions.

I want to join the session but wish to be anonymus

We respect your privacy and are want you to feel comfortable using the platform. Although we encourage participants to keep their videos on, however if you wish to remain anonymus, you can continue with your video off.

Is the meeting link shareable? Can anyone join in?

Yes the meeting link is shareable however only participants who have registered for that event on our website here atleast 1 hour before the start time of the event will be able to join the session.

Why should I pay and subscribe for these classes when there are so many free resources available online?

Yes its absolutely true that there are hundreds of free resources available online but our idea is not to watch a video in isolation. At Healing Together, we are conducting live classes and creating a virtual space where it is about providing a sense of community to foster companionship and heal with empathy and understanding that we experience by doing some activities together. The session arent just about doing yoga or meditation or being an audience in an event, the idea is to spend less time inside our heads and share some light moments with people who are going through the same things. Also, we understand that stress, anxiety, depression are things not often understood by everyone. We at healing together understand and acknowledge your feelings and want to offer support, in that sense, we as a team aim to be around and available for you everyday to make sure you are never alone.

Will I get individual attention in these classes?

Since these sessions will be conducted in large groups, it will be challenging for the instructor to give individual attention to participants. However you are free to interact with the trainer anytime during the session, to seek help and ask any questions that you might have about the practice being done at that time in the session.
