CLINIC POLICIES

Prior to making a booking with our salon, we recommend reading our clinic policies. We do our very best to accomodate all our clients, to make booking and cancelling appointments easy for you. We haven't implemented a no show or booking fee. Please respect us and our skincare clinic and give ample of notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointments.

BOOKING POLICY

Due to the high demand of our services/treatments, we ask that prior to booking an appointment you read through our terms and conditions. If our clinic booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with making a booking.

 

Clients must arrive 5 minutes early to all appointments to ensure that the appointment commences on time and that you receive the full duration of your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late the clinic reserves the right to shorten your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointment.

 

We send out text or email booking reminders 24 hours prior to your appointment time, w ask that you confirm your appointment as soon as possible. If you haven't confirmed your appointment time, we will try to contact you. Failure to reply may end in us cancelling your appointment and offering it to clients on our waiting list.

Advanced skin treatments in duration of an hour or more will require a non-refundable payment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you may need to change your booking, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by phoning or replying to our booking system number. as soon as possible to allow us enough time to offer that appointment to another client.

 

Cancellations must be made by phoning the clinic or by replying to our text message, where you receive messages from us.

If you are a ‘NO SHOW’ more than once, we will prevent you from booking online and will ask for 50% upfront before making any future bookings.

*As a courtesy, we do email to confirm the date and time 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Afterpay and ZipPay. We do not accept American express or Diners Cards.

 

All appointments preformed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day. We do not offer accounts or payment plans.

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not refund product purchases if they have been opened, please choose carefully.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers must be presented in order to be redeemed. ​Our gift vouchers cannot be used with any promotion running in-salon or online.

Our gift vouchers do not have an expiry date, if more than 2 years old we ask that th voucher is used for the full amount.

PRICING POLICY 

We reserve the right to alter prices without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on their individual treatment needs and personalised treatments.

We have tired pricing available within our booking system. Therefore you can choose your therapist based on experience and/or price you would like to pay. Our clinic manager and principal are at a higher pricing tier.
