CLIENT REFUND, BOOKING AND SERVICE POLICY
At Bella Medi Skin and Laser Clinic, our entire team works hard to deliver exceptional service, real results and a beautiful experience for every client. These policies help protect our therapists, our time, and our business so that we can continue providing the level of care and results our clients know and love. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Treatment refunds
We do not offer refunds for treatments that have been provided. Skin and beauty services involve individual factors that can affect treatment outcomes. Our therapists will always provide professional advice, treatment plans and realistic expectations to help you achieve the best possible result. If you are ever unhappy, we encourage you to reach out so we can support you, review your plan or make adjustments.
Results guarantee
While we aim for amazing results every single time, no clinic can guarantee outcomes. Your lifestyle, skin condition, medical history, aftercare and commitment to your plan all play a role. Refunds for perceived lack of results cannot be provided.
Change of mind
Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund on treatments or prepaid services.
Prepaid treatments and packages
All prepaid treatments, memberships and courses are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated. Prepaid services cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another treatment of equal value if suitable for your skin and approved by a senior therapist or management.
Incorrect purchases
If the wrong treatment or package has been purchased online by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours. We will help correct the booking before any service takes place.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Skin care
We offer store credit or exchange for unopened, unused skin care products returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Reactions
If you experience a genuine allergic reaction, please contact us immediately. We may offer an exchange or store credit once the product has been assessed and the reaction verified. Photos may be required. Store credit or exchange is only available within 14 days.
Used products
Products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded unless a reaction has been approved by management.
BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Booking confirmation
All appointments require confirmation via text message or online. Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled or offered to clients on our waitlist.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required. Deposits are strictly non refundable for change of mind or cancellations made outside our terms.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50 percent of the appointment value or loss of deposit.
No shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100 percent cancellation fee or forfeiture of your prepaid service. You will be required to pay a deposit before booking again.
Late arrivals
Arriving late may shorten the time of your service or require rescheduling. The full fee will still apply.
CONSULTATIONS AND TREATMENT SUITABILITY
Consultations
Some services require a thorough consultation before we can treat you. Your therapist has the right to decline or modify treatments if it is unsafe or unsuitable for your skin or health.
Honesty and disclosure
You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, recent treatments, allergies and lifestyle factors. This ensures your safety. Bella Medi Skin and Laser Clinic is not responsible for negative outcomes caused by withheld information.
Safety refusal
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe, if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if behaviour is inappropriate towards staff.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
MEMBERSHIPS
By joining a Bella Medi membership, you agree to the terms outlined in your membership contract. Payments must be kept up to date. Missed or late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership. Membership fees are non refundable.
PHOTOS AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Before and after photos may be taken for clinical documentation and progress tracking. With your consent, these may also be used on our social media and marketing platforms. Photos will never be shared without your permission.
CHILDREN AND GUESTS
To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients and staff, children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Bella Medi is a professional, inclusive and respectful environment. We do not tolerate rude, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or clients. Any breach may result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.
