Our ProCare machine combines three powerful technologies in one treatment to target stubborn fat, tighten skin, and smooth cellulite from the outside in.
Fat Cavitation uses ultrasound waves to break down fat cell membranes beneath the skin. The fat is then processed and eliminated by your body naturally. It's precise, it's effective, and it targets the areas that diet and exercise alone can't always reach.
Radiofrequency (RF) delivers controlled heat deep into the skin's layers to stimulate collagen production and tighten loose or lax skin. Think of it as a workout for your skin cells. This will vary depending on each individual person and which areas are being treating/the size of the area.
A consultation is recommend.
Typically a course of 6 - 12 treatments one week apart. If undergoing these treatments we recommend you have a healthy diet and active lifestyle.

Both RF skin tightening and Cavitation are painless and are a popular alternative to surgery.
The treatments involve heating of the target area in circular motions with a hand-piece, you will experience a comfortable warm sensation and get some redness in the area which will subside.

There is no down time for RF Skin Tightening, you are able to go on with your day as normal.
Ultrasound Fat Cavitation may experience some redness in the treatment area which will pass within 1-4 hours. It is advised you undertake 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise following the treatment to encourage lymphatic drainage and practice a healthy diet/lifestyle.

Yep, totally normal. Cavitation uses low-frequency ultrasound waves and when the wand is near bone, the sound travels straight to your inner ear.
It can sound like a high-pitched ring or a soft buzz. Some queens find it relaxing, some find it odd. Either way, it stops the second we lift the wand. Zero damage to your hearing, zero cause for concern. Just your body doing what it does.

Item descriptionYou'll feel it before you see it. Around session 3 most clients notice their clothes sitting differently, the area feeling firmer, the soft bits looking less soft. Full results land 4 to 6 weeks after your final session because your lymphatic system needs that time to flush every last bit of broken-down fat out of your body.
Best way to track it? Photos and measurements, not the scales. We measure you at your consult, then again partway through, then at the end. The scales might not budge much but the tape measure will tell the real story. So will your jeans.

The fat cells we destroy are gone for good. Done. Dusted. They cannot regenerate.
BUT, and this is the bit clients don't always love hearing, your body still has plenty of other fat cells in untreated areas. If you stop moving, start eating like it's your last meal every day, or fall off the hydration wagon, you can gain fat in those untreated cells. The treated area will always be slimmer than it would've been, but it's not a get-out-of-jail-free card.

Real talk: this is not a magic eraser.
Body contouring works. But only if you do the work too. Show up at home and the results show up on your body.
Here's what we need from you.
Move daily When we break down fat, your cells release energy. Sit still and your body just files it back into storage. Move it, use it, lose it. A 30-minute walk, a Pilates class, a session at the gym. Whatever you love, just do it daily.
After every treatment, get 20 minutes of movement in. Walk to the shops. Hit the treadmill. Take the dog out. This burns the energy we've just released so it doesn't end up back on your hips.
Drink your water 2 litres a day, every day. Start in the 24 hours before your treatment so your lymphatic system is primed and ready. Water is how the broken-down fat and toxins leave your body. Skip the water, stall the results. Simple.
Eat for results Your liver processes fat. Give it a fighting chance by going low-fat, low-sugar, low-carb for 24 hours either side of every session. Think lean protein, leafy greens, plenty of water.
Why so strict? Fat holds more than double the energy of sugar or protein. If your liver is busy breaking down a creamy pasta, it can't focus on flushing what we've just broken down on the bed.
This isn't a forever diet. Just the 48-hour window around each treatment.
